On this course Maurice will show you the art of how to make pain au levain with homemade culture and no yeast, to create over a period of 6 hours a delicately old fashioned sour dough bread.
You will also make a beer bread that is made with stout, wheat and oats, which gives a very moist tasty loaf. We will also be making a winter warming Carbonade de Boeuf a la Flamande which is a beef casserole made with dark beer caramelised onions and dark sugar which creates the perfect winter dinner party dish.
