INGREDIENTS:

1 x Cauliflower-Medium
Pinch salt
½ x Cayenne chilli pepper-deseeded and very finely diced
Pinch smoked paprika
1g x Turmeric-optional
20ml x Coconut oil

METHOD:

1.
Cut the green outer leaves away from the cauliflower.
2.
Then cut into quarter’s and remove the hard core. Place the remaining cauliflower in a food processor and blitz until it looks like cous cous/rice.
3.
Put a large frying pan on the stove and when hot add the oil and then the cauliflower and salt and toast until lightly golden. Half way through cooking add the chilli, paprika and turmeric if using.
4.
Serve when hot.
