Join Dean, our experienced Chef/ Tutor for a hands-on day of cooking and learning, you will create a starter, main course and dessert using the finest fresh, local, seasonal produce. Learn knife skills and cooking techniques that will allow you, when entertaining at home, more time with your guests instead of battling in the kitchen.
Enjoy a glass of wine with the results of your day in our kitchen, and celebrate that you now have the confidence to recreate your dishes at home and the enthusiasm to learn more.

- Canape: Prawn and chorizo skewer with Gremolata
- Compote of salmon and cauliflower cream
- Roast chicken with herbs, potato fondant and jus roti
- Apple, prune and butterscotch compote
