Vegetarian BBQ & Summer Salads

Join us for an evening around the barbeque with local vegetarian chef Erin Baker while she answers the frequently asked question "what do vegetarians bbq?"  We will fire up the bbq, get the marinades mixed and event make a few salads.

Example Menu

  • Edamame burgers with garlic miso mayonnaise
  • Tofu and red pepper satay
  • Cajun spiced sweet potato wedges
  • Portabella, peach and stilton on ciabatta
  • Harissa vegetables and haloumi skewers with tahini sauce
  • Smokey, black bean and sweetcorn salad
  • Grilled avacado and tomato salad
