Learn to create Asian bites with an explosion of flavours, tastes and aromas. Street food has traditionally been a way for local food producers to get their creations known and enjoyed. These authentic local treats balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy in perfect harmony. After taking this class, you'll be able to reproduce these uniquely delicious salads, skewers, noodles and dumplings in your own home. This class is vegetarian.
