Fish and shellfish at foodworks is a cookery course combining practical advice and delicious recipes. Our Head chef will guide you through a range of techniques, including filleting whole fish and preparing shellfish, culminating in a fabulous fish meal. You will end the course with the confidence and knowledge to re-create the dishes at home for your friends and family.

  • Grilled mussels with pesto
  • Roast scallops with cauliflower cream, sherry caramel and black pepper oil
  • Pan fried fillet of red mullet with seared oranges and spring onions
  • Dover sole with clams
