Fish and shellfish at foodworks is a cookery course combining practical advice and delicious recipes. Our Head chef will guide you through a range of techniques, including filleting whole fish and preparing shellfish, culminating in a fabulous fish meal. You will end the course with the confidence and knowledge to re-create the dishes at home for your friends and family.

- Roast scallops with cauliflower cream, sherry caramel and black pepper oil
- Pan fried fillet of red mullet with seared oranges and spring onions
- Dover sole with clams
