Back by popular demand our Low carb, high veg course @ foodworks
The modern diet is riddled with carbohydrates which break down sugar and create excess weight and bloating. Pizza, pasta and rice are some of our staple favourites, however we should to be kinder to our digestive system with a varied diet and lighter meals. On this course, we will use a variety of vegetables to create dishes that are lower in carbohydrates, but high in flavours and protein.
