Following the success of our previous courses with Jay Halford, we are delighted to be hosting another exciting day of wonderful, healthy and imaginative food.

- Nori seaweed rolls filled with a tomato and basil salsa, a spiced cauliflower rice and sunflower seed mayonnaise
- Dehydrated Beetroot raviolis filled with an avocado and mint 'cream' served with balsamic onions and a root vegetable puree
- Teriyaki Noodles served with vegetable crisps and marinated baby vegetables
- Dessert - Fresh zesty lemon cake served with strawberries and vanilla cream
- A warmed vanilla almond milk served with handmade chocolates and petit fours
