Low Carb, High Veg @ foodworks
This course is designed to give you ideas on how to make healthy eating a simple pleasure, with low carb, nutrient rich alternatives to everyday foods. We will explore ideas for foods to replace bread, pasta and potatoes, but which still pack big flavours and fill you up. We will make tasty, satisfying dishes which will inspire you to be more adventurous in the kitchen using readily available ingredients, but thinking about them in a different way.

- Loaded courgette skins
- Chocolate chip cookies (yes really!)
