We are delighted to have 'The Hampshire Confectioner' join us for an evening of fun showcasing Tyrone Hull's skills as a chocolatier, patisserie and confectioner.
Tyrone Hull's training included a spell at Gordon Ramsay's *** Michelin restaurant in Chelsea where he was in charge of the pastry section, and also a number of other high quality restaurants and hotels across England and Ireland.
This course will allow the students to make a variety of hand made chocolates and confectionery at home to impress family, or to make as gifts.
Example menu:
- 75% Raw Cacao using dairy free orange ganache hand dipped and decorated with dehydrated orange powder
- 36% single origin milk chocolate set in polycarbonate moulds, filled with dairy salted caramel.
- Filled white chocolates sprayed with coloured cocoa butter and set into heart shaped moulds then filled with a fresh strawberry ganache.
