Join our Head Chef for a fun day for all 15-20 year olds who want to learn how to prepare, cook and present a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings and, of course, a pudding!
During the day you will learn how to work in a team and organise your time together with combining flavours to produce great quality food.
Example Menu:
- Roasted root vegetables
- Bacon wrapped green beans
- Roast potatoes
- Yorkshire puddings
- Roasted top-side of beef, chicken or pork
- Stock gravy
- Strawberry shortbread
- Fruit Crumble
- Custard
