We have all fallen in love with The Great British Bake Off and imagine creating our very own show stopping desserts. This course will give you a solid introduction to sweet treats, and the confidence to be creative in your own kitchen.
Patisserie skills are particularly useful during the festive season and can elevate ordinary dishes into something special.
We will learn different pastry techniques including choux and puff, which are both useful for sweet and savoury Christmas treats, far superior to shop bought versions, and well worth the extra effort.
The course will also give you ideas on how to make your plates look as fantastic as they taste with tips for decorating and finishing your dishes.
