Join us for a fabulous, fun evening making delicious dim sum and other Asian small bites.

We have all experienced inauthentic Chinese food that is unhealthy, deep fried and covered in sticky sauce, on this course the dishes we prepare will be fresh, healthy and packed full of flavour.  We will uses a variety of different techniques from across south east Asia to create some wonderful small plates of satisfying snacks.   We will travel to Vietnam for summer rolls, Japan for vegetable tempura and visit Korea for bao buns with soy pork and all the trimmings.  This will be a truly exotic trip your taste buds!
