With any luck April's showers are behind us and we can look forward to a great British Summer. The month of May sees an abundance of British ingredients from land and sea, start to appear in our shops and markets.
Join our Head Chef, Dean, who will guide you through the preparation and cooking of these amazing ingredients, to create dishes which will be enjoyed by you at the end of the session.
- Kirsch soaked cherries with black pudding krispies
- baked tomato galette with goat's cheese, tapenade and pumpkin seeds
- Poached cannelloni of skate, with pea risotto, asparagus and morel mushrooms
- Apricots with honey ice cream and almonds
