Curries of the World@foodworks
Learn how to cook a variety of delicious, vegetarian curries, this evening course will give you the opportunity to learn new skills, making pastes, blending spices and balancing flavours, to create a range of great curries from around the world. You will learn traditional accompaniments for the dishes we create, with plenty of cooking hints and tips along the way to help advance your kitchen skills, eventually enjoying your dishes with a well deserved complimentary glass of wine and you won't even need to wash the dishes!
