This is a great day for all 14-18 year olds to join our head chef and learn how to make some wonderful dishes to impress family and fellow students.
Example Menu:
- Moroccan lamb flatbreads with Harissa
- Honey wholemeal cake
- Baked Chicken Curry with Pilau rice and Sag Aloo
- Chocolate mousse
