Gluten Free Pasta @ foodworks with Sarah and Andrea from Cotswold Pasta
This class will teach you how to turn a unique blend of gluten free flour into perfect pasta you can confidently recreate at home. We will show you how to work our dough into a variety of shapes and styles of pasta, from quick tagliatelle to beautiful, seasonal tortellini. In addition we will explain how to choose the perfect sauce for each shape we make, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to continue experimenting at home. Enjoy the produce on the night with a complimentary glass of wine and take home a bag of our flour blend to continue your pasta making education.
