Join us for a day of plant based (vegan) cooking. Learn how to make a selection of healthy and easy meals that are nourishing and satisfying. The dishes will be served as a mezze (Arabic for Tapas) that draw inspiration from the Mediterranean and focus on flavours from the chef's home country of Syria. This course is a mix of demonstration and hands on and will provide you with all the techniques needed to cook the dishes whilst answering any questions you may have about a plant based diet. Enjoy all your dishes with a complimentary glass of wine.
