A delicious romantic supper.
Cosy up with your loved one and join professional chef Mark Belford who will be conjuring up some delicious romantic dishes for you to enjoy creating together for supper.
Once you have booked a place we will email your equipment and ingredient list plus 'mise en place' (in a professional kitchen the prep of dishes and ingredients before service begins).
3 days before your online course experience we will email you the link to join the event, easy and straight forward with good wifi!
Mark will be live to answer any questions throughout the evening with plenty of useful professional chef top tips including knife and presentation skills, topped with plenty of fun!
Example Menu:
- 'Thai village' red fish curry (can be substituted with chicken or tofu)
- Vegetable and peanut aromatic Pad Thai
- Baked coconut and cardamom Thai custard with a mango and basil compote
