Come and join in the Foodworks fun with professional chef Mark Belford who will be conjuring up some delicious Sri Lankan dishes for you to enjoy for your supper.
With more lockdown weeks looming, some of us are in desperate need for fresh ideas and inspiration for new dishes that we can all rustle up for the family, or for cosy couple meals!
On our Sri Lankan evening Mark will be showing you how to make a variety of recipes which can be easily adapted for family, couples or singles.
Once you have booked a place we will email your equipment and ingredient list plus 'mise en place' (in a professional kitchen the prep of dishes and ingredients before service begins).
3 days before your online course experience we will email you the link to join the event, easy and straight forward with good wifi!
Mark will be live to answer any questions throughout the evening with plenty of useful professional chef top tips including knife and presentation skills, topped with plenty of fun!
