THIS COURSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS

Join our experienced Chef Tutor for a hands-on day of cooking and learning,  you will create a starter, main course and dessert, using the freshest and finest local, seasonal produce. Learn new skills with knives and cooking techniques that will allow you, when entertaining, more time with your guests.  Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with your creations and at the end of the day you will have the confidence to cook the dishes at home and an enthusiasm to learn more.

  • Leek, feta and sun dried tomato filo parcels with a sweet chilli dipping sauce 
  • Seasonal stuffed fillet of pork with a white wine jus 
  • Sides of seasonal veg including ribboned carrots and greens
  • Potato and sage gratin
  • Seasonal fruit frangipani tart with an orange cream
