Going gluten free does not mean that you have to give up your favourite baked goodies, it just means you have to make them a bit differently.  This class will breakdown the science behind gluten free baking and have you creating such treats as chocolate cake, muffins, pancakes and biscuits.  Drinks provided and plenty of tasting along the way.
