Warm summer days ripen the olives, herbs and tomatoes, all staples of Italian cuisine.  There is a reason why Italian food is a worldwide favourite so why not join chef tutor Erin Baker for a day filled with both demonstration and hands-on learning,  Master the technique of making fresh pasta using a pasta machine and create simple, fresh sauces that taste of summer.  Discover the world of Focaccia made with an overnight biga and create a summer version of the classic Tiramisu.  The day will conclude with a complimentary glass of wine to enjoy with tasters of your creations.
