It’s a new year and maybe a chance to introduce some low-carb meals into our lives, learn how to put together a balanced,  high protein, full-flavoured meal, cutting back on carbs. Some of the recipes you will learn require slow cooking, however, some can be assembled quickly if you are searching for a speedy lunch or dinner.

The biggest challenge of a low carb diet, is what to have for lunch that isn’t served between 2 slices of bread.  You will go away from today with some great ideas.

  • chicken, avocado and lettuce wraps
  • seared tuna, white radish and sesame salad
  • cherry tomato stew, duck eggs and crispy beef
  • lamb shank hot pot, pickled red cabbage
  • pork kebabs and spicy cauliflower couscous
