Back by popular demand our Low carb, high veg  @ foodworks

Based on the success of this class here come even more Low Carb, High Veg recipes.  The modern diet is a riddle with simple carbohydrates that breakdown a sugar and create excess weight and bloating.  We all love pizza, pasta and rice, but sometimes we want something a bit lighter.  We will use a range of vegetables to create dishes that are low in carbohydrates but high in flavours, vegetables and protein.  Recipes are gluten and grain free.
