Pasta @ foodworks

Spend the evening learning how to make fresh pasta.  We will cover making pasta dough, using and machine to roll it and also do some free form pasta including gnocchi.

Example Menu:

  • Tagliatelle with pesto
  • Gnocchi with cherry tomato ragu
  • Spinach and ricotta ravioli
