Pastry is a love/hate relationship, most love to eat it, but hate to make it!  Conquer your fear head-on with this all day pastry class.  We will explore many types of pastry throughout the day, and you will leave the class confident to construct your next pie.  We will cover shortcrust pastry, hot water pastry and puff pastry.  You will learn the correct ratios of flour to butter for each type of pastry and also learn what type of flour to use.  Once you have the right tools all you need is practice and this day guarantees that.

  • Profiteroles made with choux pastry
  • Palmiers made with puff pastry
