Why not join our Head Chef at FOODWORKS for an informal, yet interesting, evening of cookery demonstrations and hands-on culinary skills where you will produce a variety of delicious dishes with some great new ideas to create at home to impress all your friends and family when socialising .
The course includes light supper with a glass of wine and all recipes to take home, a fun evening to either come along on your own and meet some new foodie friends or come with a group its such a fun way to enjoy a social evening and learn new skills.

- Cured salmon with roast beetroot and horseradish cream
- Chipotle hanger steak with chunky chips
- Slow cooked lamb in Caribbean spices
