We are thrilled to announce that our school is part of the Villa Plus campaign, Eat Like a Local.
The campaign features recipes from top UK cookery schools, highlighting the cuisines of European holiday destinations. As you may know, here at Foodworks Cookery School we offer a Spanish tapas class. After getting invited, we couldn’t resist to be part of Eat Like a Local and contribute our recipe for a delicious Spanish Paella.
We decided to go with a classic seafood paella. The dish perfectly represents Spain: lots of colours combined with the fresh tastes of squid, clams, mussels and prawns.
