Sunday Roast @ foodworks

Join our Head Chef for a fun day for all 15-20 year olds who want to learn how to prepare, cook and present a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings and, of course, a pudding!

During the day you will learn how to work in a team and organise your time together with combining flavours to produce great quality food.

Example Menu:

  • Roasted root vegetables
  • Bacon wrapped green beans
  • Roast potatoes
  • Yorkshire puddings
  • Roasted top-side of beef, chicken or pork
  • Stock gravy
  • Strawberry shortbread
  • Fruit Crumble
  • Custard
