Thai Workshop

Learn about the geography of Thai cuisine, ingredients and traditions in food. Thai food is known for its balance of taste senses: sour, sweet, salty and bitter. During this course we will cook Thai dishes and learn how to reach the balance of flavours. The course consists of demonstrations by our chef and practical parts during which you will cook yourself. You will see how easy Thai food is to cook and be able to recreate Thai dishes for your friends and family to enjoy.

Samples of previous menus that we have produced:

  • Green and red curry
  • Beef panaeng curry
  • Chicken satay with peanut butter sauce
  • Beef salad
  • Thai soups
  • Sweetcorn cakes
  • Gold Bags with dipping sauce
  • mango sticky rice in banana leaves

The course includes Thai banquet lunch with complimentary glass of wine and all the recipes to take home. After the course you will have gained the knowledge and confidence to cook a Thai feast for all your family and friends!
