Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta and on this one day course at the Foodworks we breakdown the art of pasta making and learn how to make pasta dough and produce delicious hand-made pasta using the traditional methods.

Our chef will teach you to make ribbon pasta such as Tagliatelle, linguine and filled pasta such as Ravioli and Tortellini, and in turn we will then cook our pastas with a variety of seasonal ingredients to create some classic recipes.  Once all the delicious dishes are made you can sit down to enjoy your efforts with a complimentary glass of wine.
