Sunday Roast @ foodworks

This is a great course for students aged 14-18 to join our head chef and learn how to prepare, cook and serve the ever popular traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings.

Example Menu:

  • Roast Chicken, Lamb, Pork or Beef
  • Yorkshire puddings
  • A selection of vegetables
  • Roast potatoes
  • Traditional gravy 
  • Fruit crumble and custard
