This is a great course for students aged 14-18 to join our head chef and learn how to prepare, cook and serve the ever popular traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings.
Example Menu:
- Roast Chicken, Lamb, Pork or Beef
- Yorkshire puddings
- A selection of vegetables
- Roast potatoes
- Traditional gravy
- Fruit crumble and custard
