Plant based recipes that are healthy, quick and delicious.  Join vegetarian chef  and caterer Erin Baker for an inspirational day at Foodworks.  We all have a lot on our plate in life, this class will help you make nutritious , delicious meals without spending hours in the kitchen.  Wholesome grains, seasonal veg and lots of flavour are the key ingredients to delivering quick meals.  Perfect for those seasoned vegetarians looking to improve their skills, or those looking to incorporate delicious meat free meals to their diet or just  tying to eat a bit healthier.  Suitable for vegan and gluten free diets.

  • Millet and spinach patties with cajun cauliflower wedges
  • Gado Gado – Indonesian vegetable salad with tempeh strips and satay sauce
  • Sweet potato and Cashew Curry with lime and coriander rice

  • Roasted radish, cauliflower and chickpea salad with sumac
