Join us on a unique holistic retreat experience in the tranquil Cotswold countryside.  Our retreat fuses Seasonal Flow Yoga with Healing Seasonal Cookery to move, stretch and nourish your body in time with the season.

You will experience hands-on prescriptive seasonal yoga and education, meditation, Yogic breath work and practical culinary guidance in creating ‘Meals that’s Heal’; all whilst relaxing in the tranquility of nature with like minded people in a fun and friendly environment.

Jennifer Harvey, Seasonal Yoga expert will teach you to listen and connect to your body to generate your own inner heat and light through movement , and to enjoy practices that give you the gifts of both energy and renewal.

Karen Maidment, Nutrition Chef and Coach will guide you through how best to nourish your body, prepare and create tasty dishes that are kind to stressed-out systems; supporting digestion, detoxification and hormones.
