From seasoned cooks to aspiring amateurs the Christmas lunch has led many kitchen disasters. Whatever camp you fall into, I have a few tips to help you get it right every time. That is to say, producing a wonderful meal that is fun to make and one that everyone loves, but more importantly making it easy for you to enjoy Christmas day…you can thank me on the 26th!
