On this course, you will create a starter, a main course and a dessert using the freshest and finest regional and seasonal produce whilst also learning new knife skills.
Learn cooking techniques to allow you, if entertaining, more time with your guests rather than tied to the stove
Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with the results of your cooking, and take home examples to show your family
