INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 4)

150g x Strong bread flour
25g x Melted butter
90ml x Milk
Pinch salt
Olive/rapeseed oil for cooking

METHOD:

1.
Combine all the ingredients above and mix well to form a dough, wrap in cling film and rest for 15 mins.
2.
Meanwhile dust the bench with flour and put a griddle pan on the stove on medium heat.
3.
Cut the rested dough into four and roll into a small thin circle.
4.
One at a time place a little oil in the pan then the flatbread and cook until scorched on both sides-they should bubble a little.
5.
Keep warm wrapped in a tea towel until all ready.
6.
Serve while hot.
