Trying to eat less carbs?

The modern diet is a riddle with simple carbohydrates that break down as sugar and create excess weight and bloating.  We all love pizza, pasta and rice, but sometimes we want something a bit lighter.  In this case we will use a range of vegetables to create dishes that are low in carbohydrates but high in flavour, vegetables and protein.  

This course is vegetarian as well as gluten and grain free.

Example Menu

  • Quiche with nut crust
  • Edamame and spinach curry with cauliflower rice
  • Courgette pizza crust or aubergine pizzas
  • Spinach breakfast wrap
  • Cream cheese pancakes
  • Chipotle mushroom tacos with guacamole
  • Almond loaf for toast or sandwiches
  • Lasagna without pasta
  • Black Bean and Brazil Nut falafel in cabbage wraps
  • Endameme and spinach curry with cauliflower rice
  • Kale, alfalfa sprout and carrot omelette wraps
