The food of Greece and the Middle East has become increasingly popular lately, the best way to celebrate this tasty cuisine is with a mezza platter comprised of a selection of small dishes. We will learn how to use ingredients like Sumac, Zahtar, Ras ul Hanout and Pomegranate molasses to create your own mezze including gorgeous flatbreads to serve with your feast.
- Babaganoush – roasted aubergine with lemon, garlic and olive oil.
- Flatbreads with Zahtar
- Spanakopita – spinach and feta in filo
- Haloumi and roasted vegetables with pomegranate molasses
- Plums baked with honey and thyme
- Fattoush with sumac
