The perfect Risotto @ foodworks
We are so excited to have the opportunity to work with our guest chef Michael Croft. Michael has previously worked as Executive head Chef at Calcot Manor, Mirabelle Restaurant London, The Royal Crescent Bath and Senior Sous Chef at The Ritz.
During this course you will learn how to create the perfect Risotto (preparation, cheese, butter, finishing and timing) with expert tuition from our experienced chef, then sit down at the end of the course to enjoy your creations with a complimentary glass of wine. You will also learn troubleshooting, tips and helpful hints.
