Feeling a bit bloated from the festive season?  This class will inspire you to make good, healthy food without compromising on taste.  Healthy eating is a growing trend, but can be quite daunting with all of the magic powders and potions on the market. We will spend the day creating fresh, nutritious dishes inspired by the season.  The recipes will be wheat free, dairy free and delicious to get you ready to shine.  We will cover creative for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even pudding.  Natural foods trained chef Erin Baker will take you through the day and then sit down to enjoy a healthy and delicious lunch.

Example Menu:

  • Green smoothies – a selection of green drinks to start the day
  • Beetroot hash with eggs
  • Butterbean and lime hummus with vegetable flatbread
  • Red lentil, tomato and coconut dhal
  • Spinach polenta with roasted garden vegetables and winter pesto
  • Millet burgers with harissa
  • Roasted tofu, sesame quinoa and Asian slaw
  • Lime cheesecake with raspberry coulis
