Join our Head Chef Dean for a “hands-on” opportunity to learn from an experienced Chef how to create classical fish and seafood dishes, which you will then eat during the day enjoyed with a complimentary glass of wine.

Develop confidence and skill to recreate fish dishes at home for you and your family’s enjoyment, or for entertaining.

  • Grilled Mackerel fillets with watercress and rhubarb chutney
  • Fried Lemon sole with a bean and chorizo stew
  • Steamed Monkfish with ginger and garlic, soy dressing
  • Roasted fillet of Cornish Sea Bass with parsnip purée and caramelised garlic
