Join us for a fabulous fun evening making delicious dim sum and other Asian small bites.
We have all experienced inauthentic Chinese food that is unhealthy, deep fried and covered in sticky sauce. On this course the dishes we prepare will be fresh, healthy and full of flavour. We will use a variety of different techniques from across south east Asia to create some wonderful small plates of satisfying snacks. We will travel to Vietnam for summer rolls, Japan for and visit Korea for bao buns with soy pork and all the trimmings. This will be a truly exotic trip for your taste buds to enjoy with a complimentary glass of wine.
