We offer a friendly atmosphere in a state of the art training kitchen and a practical hands-on approach to learn new skills and achieve PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS.  We teach up to date modern methods of presentations whilst maintaining very high standards.

Example Menu:

  • Roast saddle of rabbit filled with herbs and wild mushrooms, with cocotte potatoes, glazed carrots and red wine and mustard sauce
