Join Erin Baker for an evening of vibrant colours, bold spices and full flavours

In this class we will gain insight to the enchanting culture of the Moors by creating traditional foods with authentic ingredients.  This vegetarian class will discover how to make homemade harrisa, stuffed flatbreads, tagine and light fluffy cous cous.

Example menu:

  • Apricot and almond cous cous
  • Onion, olive and egg tagine with zahtarr
  • Orange and date salad with chillies and preserved lemon
  • Spring onion and parsley stuffed flatbread
