We teach up to date modern methods of presentations whilst maintaining very high standards. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with your meal at this event.

- Roast saddle of rabbit filled with herbs and wild mushrooms, with coccotte potatoes, glazed carrots and red wine with mustard sauce.
