Spend the evening learning how to make fresh pasta. We will cover making pasta dough, using and machine to roll it and also do some free form pasta including gnocchi.

- Tagliatelle with pesto
- Gnocchi with cherry tomato ragu
- Spinach and ricotta ravioli
