A delicious Savoury dishes course.
A busy and engaging class, some great dishes which are also convenient from a produce perspective which teach valuable skills using convenience pastry and stretching ingredients. Chef will also cover basic knife skills and the appreciation of not wasting food, plus how simple it can be to make a dough or sauce - a really fun event to suit all levels!
Once you have booked a place we will email an equipment and ingredient list plus 'mise en place' (in a professional kitchen the prep of dishes and ingredients before service begins).
3 days before your online course experience we will email you the link to join the event, easy and straight forward with good wifi!
Mark will be live to answer any questions throughout the session with plenty of useful professional chef top tips including presentation skills, topped with plenty of fun!
